Education
I am a graduate student in the Education Specialist program. I have a B.S. in Special Education and I have teaching certificates for Special Education K-12 and General Education K-8.
Experience
I have taught special education for 8 years. This job requires that I find alternate means of teaching what students find difficult to learn. I enjoy helping someone learn and improve skills. I have tutored both elementary and middle school students, as well as worked on social and computer skills at all levels. I have helped students of all ages with writing skills, including composition, proofing, and basic research practices.
